How Call Capture Broker Works
The Call Capture Broker is a toll free
lead capture and ad tracking service that
provides you with your very own 800 number,
unlimited AdTracker Extensions, and
instant notification of all calls.
For every call into your system we will capture the phone number of the caller, even if their number is
blocked. You will also be notified of which AdTracker Extension
they were calling about, along with the date and time. In addition, you can add our
Name and Address Capture to also see
who is calling even if they don't leave a message.
In each AdTracker Extension you can record a message about
a property, special report, or anything else your prospects may want to know about. You can also load a
fax back document so the caller has the option to receive
more information via fax (for example, the property information sheet). You can also give the
caller the option to speak directly with you or leave you a message via our
follow-me-live feature. Best of all, the recording
you make in one AdTracker Extension
is automatically mirrored
into 4 other extensions! So if you record a message about a property on Main Street in
AdTracker Extension 1001, that same recording
(and associated fax back document) is automatically replicated to extensions 2001, 3001, 4001, and 5001
giving you the ability to track your advertising based on the 1st digit of the extension
(ex: x1001 = sign rider, x2001 = web site, x3001 = newspaper, etc).
When a caller leaves a message from any of your extensions, you will immediately be e-mailed a
notification of the call and can even have the message sent as an audio attachment. If you prefer to be
notified via text message we can do that too! You will also
be sent reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis outlining all the
calls to your 800 call capture system, along with what extensions they dialed. You can even get call
information instantly by logging into WebLINK.
Call Capture Broker also comes with an internet control panel
so that you can configure your system on the web, listen to messages, run reports, and save even more money
since you don't incur per minute charges while using WebLINK.
Speaking of the per minute rates, don't be fooled by the imitators out there! We offer true
single leg billing
so you are not double charged for forwarded calls. That's right, the other guys out there are charging you twice!
In addition, we bill in 6 second increments so if the caller is only on the line for 1 minute and 3 seconds you
will not be charged for a full 2 minutes (or 4 if they're double billing)!
